Gaining weight
I've been on a high protein low carb diet with unlimited veggies and 3 fruits a day. However I was a compulsive eater for decades. And I've been sliding into old bad habits. I'm 57 and had been borderline diabetic but with following this plan my blood sugar and cholesterol became perfect so I want to continue eating this way.

Gaining weight
I have bee seeing a nutritionist for two years and have lost close to 90 pounds however have been struggling with binging and overheating again and am up 20 pounds. I'm afraid of gaining the weight back and want to get back the motivation I had. HELP!!!
