I live in watertown sd and I have been divorced for 4 yrs. now.I have a 11 and 3 yr. old . I have a very caring and loving boyfriend who loves me just the way I am . I gained alot of weight after I had my 3 yr. old and havent lost it and added more to it.In sd we eat alot of meat and potatoes. not good!!! to top it off I work nights and tend to snack too much.

Have not been on here in a while . Now holidays are over and so is my sons birthday. Going to try and keep on track. Would like to lose before summer. Don't want to be fat for one more more summer.

Havent been on in a while but here I go again. Going to try hard and be determined to stick with it. Slowly but surely this time. I always want to lose fast and deprieve myself and mess up the diet and gain back plus. goal is next summer. starting now. Eat healthy and moderately. NO Starvation for me. !!!!!

Going down slowly but surely. Longest I have lasted in a long time. Keep eating my veggie soup. No potatoes or pasta or rice or bread yet. Been going strong since the 1st. Think I have finally set my mind straight. Good luck to everyone.

Diet Talk for week-end
Well survived the week-end, not much left of it. Making more of my veggie no meat soup. Works great between meals when I am hungry.

Christmas is over. My sons birthday is over. Went to buffalo wild wings yesterday for his birthday. Had a garden salad that I had to pay an arm and leg for because it was a special order. ate 4 honey sweet b b q wings.
Son and daughter had chocolate cake and icecream. I had one small bite of it. No french fries, bread or potatoes. Pretty proud of myself. No more occasions until my daughters birthday mid Feb.
