Opps!
Been slipping. Holidays put me in a trap and I gain but time to get serious. I've been exercising more and eating less I still have till my birthday so. That will be my gift to myself a slim waste and a happy face.

Elliptical machine and calories burned
i can't stay on the machine that long without getting tired.Any tips on staying on the elliptical long enough withou getting tired.

pick yourself back up
when ever you slip on your diet just pick yourself back up again and start over. People slip every once in a while, don't feel bad about it your still doing good.
