Sensitive belly issue?
@TOFU It's some kind of incomplete irritable bowel thing....doc has been no help. What I mean is that you go but you don't feel like you finished? And sometimes I'm so nauseous afterwards, I just want to lay down! Needless to say it's frustrating and I would just like to be regular, whatever that is....maybe every other day! Someone told me to use an enema......umm, no.

Sensitive belly issue?
I've had "issues" since having my gall bladder removed a few years ago. Why is that? I do Atkins so I eat lots of veggies but still only do my "thing" 1-2 times a week and never feel better. I also have what my GI doc says it tortuous bowel.....well I feel tortured too!
Have tried the Metamucil pills....5 at a time....took 3 days to produce results but it made me feel awful.
Tips?
