For every one out there, I am also working with weights, The Sculpting Bible for Women is a great book that teaches you about the glorious benefits of weight lifting.

Some years ago I worked out religiously, and I loved the way my body looked so I will be achieving the same goal now. I want to push my body and see how far it will go.

I HATE Exercise!
I used to say the same thing but when I started to work out with weights and saw how it sculpted my body now my saying is no pain no gain. I got used to working out and now when I miss I feel like I did not do anything all day.

The Scultping Bible for Women
I bought this book back in 2003, followed it and got great results. It tells exactly what to do. Now I am following it again after 2 years and I feel like I am back in the saddle again. Not only am I losing the weight with Fat Smash but I am well toned. It is what causes me to get compliments daily because I look fit. I never want to just appear fit and that is why I changed my diet. This book does sculpt you because even when I have stayed the same wieght my shape was changing. I do change up my program now and then with different things like pilates, crucial for your core and I will be taking Krav Maga soon. The body easily adapts so fake it out.
