Hello! Well, I am still a work in progress, I am currently a homemaker just moved to a new city and state after 45 years in Portland. Right now, the world is my oyster and I am going to take this opportunity to make a great start by losing some weight and doing some "self-improvement."

I am taking some online classes and will start to look for work at the beginning of the year. My goal is to eat more healthily and exercise more consistently.

I am hoping that this will rub off on my husband and he won't be able to help but follow suit :)

I also can't use Orange Juice. I use simple apple juice. It goes well with fruit and yogurt. I freeze the fruit so that I don't have to put ice in it.
