I bought this book back in 2003, followed it and got great results. It tells exactly what to do. Now I am following it again after 2 years and I feel like I am back in the saddle again. Not only am I losing the weight with Fat Smash but I am well toned. It is what causes me to get compliments daily because I look fit. I never want to just appear fit and that is why I changed my diet. This book does sculpt you because even when I have stayed the same wieght my shape was changing. I do change up my program now and then with different things like pilates, crucial for your core and I will be taking Krav Maga soon. The body easily adapts so fake it out.

Okay, for this week I will aim for 1200 and see how I do with that for a little while...after I get comfortable with that I will slowly increase from there to do reverse dieting. Thank you for your help.
