I am a high school math teacher and mother of two childrn (6 and 7 and 3). We live a very busy life, as most of us do. I have a horrible habit of the yo-yo!!! Last year (2009) I was able to lose 20 pounds and kept a lot of it off, but recently have noticed the scale going up again. So here I am - several months since joining fatsecret, finally going to get going again. I am hoping that with the support of all you out there, that I can finally get my motivation going again.
My biggest confusion is that I KNOW how much better I feel when eating right and exercising. I LOVE to work out, just don't make the time. That stops today!! I heard a quote at church yesterday - "The key is not to prioritize your schedule, but to schedule your priorities!" - Steven Covey
