Even though I started this profile yesterday, I put in my weight on appox. Oct. 2012. When I started to lose weight. Started out pretty slow and steady just my eating more real food. Then began walking home from work everyday. I lost 30 lbs in two years. I want's trying super hard, but kept telling myself I should start. Last spring I got into old habits from before I was over weight. I gave up sugar! I work at a place where goodies are often offered. I had some failures but for the most part did well. I lost probably less than ten pounds but felt a lot better. Than the Summer came and I went Modified Atkins. Started weight training three days a week. Lost about 25 pounds. Fall came and while I wasn't too off track with the food, I wasn't exactly fallowing Atkins anymore. I didn't work out half as much and even though I didn't gain I was staled. For about a three weeks I'e been back on the wagon and lost 7 lbs. I want to lose at lest 5 more. Maybe more though if I decide to at that point. I used to be fit. I used to work out a lot and eat well. Going towards that again.

Eating Plans for the Super Bowl - watcha gonna do?
Sounds like you have a good plan. I have decided that on certain occasions, I'm not going to stress over what I eat. I mean, I wont go nuts or anything, but lets say a friend invites me to lunch. This happened last week. I didn't want to seem unappreciative in anyway so I didn't just play it safe with a salad. I went for a hardy meal. I went for one with a lot of veggies, but also carbs(I'm a low carber). On the holidays I didn't stress either, but since my diet has changed it's so much easier to have just one serving of stuffing. Years past I ate like crazy on a holiday. I used to love pumpkin pie, but on Thanksgiving this year, I had one small piece that was almost too sweet for me to finish. As long as these days are few and far between I'll be OK. And like I said, my taste have changed so I don't want to eat near as much. So don't sweat it if you aren't too careful everyday. Just almost everyday.Smile
