I turned 31 this year and the staff room treats have seemed too tempting. The weight has crept on in the past two years and it is time for a change. In August, I had a two level disc fusion surgery and have been healing since. Now the doctor has given the ok to start exercising again. So, here goes... I hope to lose 20 pounds before my birthday in January. But, long term I want to lose over 40 pounds.
