Has Anyone Else Had Trouble Losing Weight Even Though They Are Sticking To Their Diet?
I always find Friday to be the best cheat day. I eat a healthy breakfast and lunch to get the day started. By the time dinner rolls around, I am exhausted from the work week and not in the mood to cook, so I eat whatever I want (within reason) for dinner on Friday evening and a not-so-good yet not-so-bad snack at night. By Saturday, I feel well-rested and get back on to the diet.

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
Personally, I chose not to go to the gym. I am one of those people who like privacy when I exercise. First, because I know I look like a dork doing some of the exercises. Second, I find so many people and so many noises distracting. So for those who like privacy I highly recommend picking up or ordering (Amazon carries them all) the Biggest Loser DVD sets. Right now I do the Weight Loss Yoga in the morning and in the evening either the Power Sculpt, 30-Day Jumpstart or Last Chance Workout. While some tools (such as a Yoga mat, handweights and a weighted water ball) are necessary, the cost is much cheaper than a gym, and these DVD's keep you moving! Most of the exercises utilize your body's natural resistance to help get in shape. They also come with several levels so that you can start with easier workouts and progress to the more complex workouts when you are ready. For me it has been a most productive alternative to going to a gym. Smile
