Slimfast - meal replacements-protein shakes and powders
I was on a doctor supervised protein meal replacement program for a year. It was very expensive. You drank/ate replacements that were 160 calories 3-5 times a day. I lost about 30 pounds. Since I couldnt afford the program any longer I have gained back 10 pounds. Has anyone really lost a lot of weight on products like slimfast? Im thinking about trying it instead. How about soy protein shakes?
