How many Cals a day is to little?
I dont really know how to raise calories unless I eat junkfood. I have always been eating unhealthy food due to work demand. Navy is no joke sometimes. I have been working non-stop and even forgot to eat lunch during my day shift. I request to switch shifts due to demanding and overwhelming work they gave me so I am now at night shift. Now that i'm working night shift, i am pretty much sleeping thru breakfast time and start the day with lunch. I pretty much live eating small amount of food and snacking thru out the day.
