Granddaughter was born on Tuesday, ate hospital food as I was there for about 12 hours. No gym the next day like I was supposed to, then was just lazy on Friday and Saturday to go to the gym. Lost a pound, so I guess I will take it, but bouncing back this week. Having fun with the baby though, as they live with us. :)))

Did well with the diet. Went over my allotment in calories a couple of meals, but not too bad. I am really trying to stay committed to eating healthier.

I think I did really well last week, lost 4 lbs. didn't work out as much as I wanted to, but I did work out for 3 hours total. I have really been paying attention to sodium, fat and calories on labels and I think that helps a lot. Moving forward to this week and am still really excited to be in this challenge. I feel like I can succeed in changing my eating habits. I am not looking at this as a diet, but a lifestyle change, eating healthier and working out more.

Doing great, lost 4lbs in 2 days so far. Tonight is my hubby's 60th b-day, and we are going out. I will do my best to stay within my calorie range.
