It has been a while and I was up to 240 lbs. I am now working on my own diet plan, a food fasting plan for 7 days every 10 days and eating normal during the 10 days between; did well for the first two times, slowing down on the third time around, but still hanging in there.

I have been on the Daniel Fast for one week and I have done an excellent job. Last night was my hardest challenge, I was craving something sweet, late night while watching TV, but I fended off the demon and did not give in. I feel proud today cuz when I stepped on the scale I discovered I lost 7 lbs last week. Whoo Whoo, I am excited. Plus the longer I don't have sugar, combined with watching what processed foods I do eat will only make me stronger. Yippeee!

Have not been tracking for a while, not losing either. I have started back at the gym this week, have a co-worker to go with now, so maybe that will help keep me on track. I am not gaining, any weight, so that is a positive too! We shall see during the next few weeks.
