I broke down last night and ate 4 cookies. Ugh! I must be stronger.

Did great. Went a little overboard on my cheat meal, but I learned a lesson, so I guess that had some value to it. I am happy I have been strong, and that it is paying off.

Did well on day two of the 30-day challenge. Ate well, worked out with my trainer and even did 10 minutes of fast bicycling cardio. I sure feel it today, it has been a while since I exercised. Anyway I am pumped about this challenge.
