Ok, gained back the 16 lbs I lost over the summer, and a few more. Started out on the Atkins Program at 243 yesterday, weighed 240 today. I did this diet years ago and lost 38 lbs. Hoping to have the same success. This diet will also help with my potential "pre diabetes" status. Not worried about that because the night before my bloodwork I ate a lot of chocolate. Anyway, trying the Atkins program again and continuing to work out. Hopefully it will come off fast.

Ugh, why can I not find my willpower, I know it is there because I have it for a while then lose it again. When will it stay. I lost 16 pounds in about two months, got bored with the eating plan, went back to my old ways, and now gained back 10 pounds. Geez, gotta start over again on Monday!!(

Awful, went bonkers for a while, ate what I wanted to eat, bad, bad, bad. Went up 9 lbs. So sad. Okay, enough pity party. Starting better eating habits and back to the gym today!!!!!
