Doing better at diet, but not great. Finally went walking yesterday for 2.4 miles and hit the gym last night for an hour. I am working on eating better, gotta get off the carbs (bread, pasta, etc.) Didn't gain or lose last week, gonna do better now that I am back to health.

Didn't do well, gained weight, was sick, craved carbs, ate a lot of bread and pasta. Will have to start again next week.

Did horrible at eating this weekend, I had a few weak moments. Back on track today and walked 2.5 miles; ate well also, stuck to my goal of eating healthy.
