new to diet any ideas or suggestions??!?!.
Hello All..Im new to this diet and need some major pointers on how to be successful on it. Im a college senior and would like drop at least 20 lbs by graduation ..if anyone can give me some ideas on what to eat and stuff like that i would be soo appreciative! please keep in mind im working with cafe food, they do have stuff like salad bar, wok for stir frys, grilled chicken..if u have any other foods and ideas to help please do soo!!!!! thank you soo much
