I'm a 27 yrs old Landscape Architect, wife and mom. I've already lost almost 20 kg( around 40 pounds), but there is long way to go.

A bit of weight and food history would sound like this: never had problems with weight before (was 53 to maximum 62 kg), but after getting pregnant simply gained soooo much weight (up to 82 kg or so). Gave birth, lost a bit then after some time got into dieting and proper sport almost every day. Currently I'm around 62 kg, and looking forward to get into a better shape than ever.

I have a 1 year Yoga commitment. The day when I write this bio 3 months had passed and I have 9 more months to go. I practice Hatha Yoga because that's the one that I find most suitable for me now. I'm looking also into Ashtanga Yoga, but first need to get more acquainted with Hatha.

A very important role into keeping me motivated was played by Fatsecret. There were times when I wanted to quit the weight loss journey (now a health journey). And every time when I wanted to quit there was a reminder from Fatsecret. You have 14 kg more to lose. You have 10 more. 7 more. 5 more. 4 more. ...It took long time and

A year later
You can do it! Please believe in yourself. Here are some tiny tricks that helped me:
green tea whenever hungry
yoga or stretching
deep breathing before sleeping
at last half an hour walk/day
keep food out of sight
fruit in the morning or omlette.
if you like eat papaya( i'm not joking but whenever i'm incorporating that in my diet weightloss comes quite easy)
Be happySmile It will come off and for good.

Since I've lost weight, I.............
Good idea with this tread. These are mine. Since I've lost weight:
- I have more energy, can move faster and better.
- I feel better about my body.
- i can fit into that pair of jeans.
- Can bend easily to touch the floor without bending my knees.
- i don't crave sweets and I am not as hungry as before, but I eat quite allot.(low calorie food)
