performance: losing 2.5 lb a week
I'm a 26 yrs old master student in landscape architecture, wife and mom. I've already lost almost 10 kg( around 20 pounds), but there is long way to go. Made a picture of the before, and looking forward for the pictures after. I have the graduation party soon(in about 2 months) and made a plan to slim down anything between 7 and 10 kg. Still didn't think about the dress ( I have several choices like some dark grey dress, orsome white dress with black squares on it or even some flower power dress). I know it might sound a bit shallow to wish to lose weight for the graduation party but it's my motivation and it makes me keep going.
A bit of weight and food history would sound like this: never had problems with weight before (was 53 to maximum 62 kg), but after getting pregnant simply gained soooo much weight (up to 82 kg or so). Gave birth, lost a bit then after some time got into dieting(my baby is already big) and proper sport(nowadays ciclying, ballet and some cardio) almost every day. Currently I'm around 71 kg, and looking frward to get back to my previous body(or something close to that).
That's for short. Hope to look nice for graduation party.
