I'm a 26 yrs old master student in landscape architecture, wife and mom to be. I was always obsessed with weight and did so much research on the subject but always learning new things. The pregnancy blows me a bit because I was never this fat in my life, and compared to now used to be an active person. Good part is University is starting soon, baby is also getting born soon...
I guess I should not weight in until birth because every time when I see the number on the scale I have a huge shock. Was used with seeing a number between 53 kg(116 lbs) and 63 kg at most(138 lbs), and now...now no comment, 20 lbs heavier than my historical maximum.
Anyway I'm still learning about healthy eating because i think my eating habbits are not the healthiest possible. As per internet information it says you should have 60 grams of fat/day, 50 grams of protein and a maximum of 250 carbs. If somebody looks at my eating journal they will see carb abuse, low fat and even lower protein, so that's where gaining weight comes from. I'm trying to learn to eat healthy and have a healthy lifestyle, as much as possible.
