I am a mother of two girls, 27 & 23 years old. I have 3 grand children. I went back to Florida to be with my younger daughter when she was giving birth to my youngest grand child. I was looking at the picture of me holding birthday present and realized that I had to do something. So instead of going back home to my husband I chose to stay in Florida and get my eating and OCD under control. I weighed 248 pounds at the time. I stayed in Florida for 4 months and when I got home I weighed 224 pounds. I am thankful that I didn't fall back into old ways but I stopped losing and stayed this weight for 8 months. I realized that I needed to do something so I put myself on an actual diet and I now keep track of every bite of food that goes in my mouth.
