Is All Fast Food Bad?
I have and still do! I always order bunless or topless burger no condiments and add extra veggies on top. Some places like 5 Guys will put it on a bed of lettuce -even better. Other times I order a salad with grilled chicken and use very little dressing. There are other things you can order such as wraps but you must request specially made without sauce which is usually full of fat and calories. Alot of places now allow the substitution of a side salad in place of fries. I wish I could kick the soda habit - good for you!!

Why can't I loose weight faster
Mrspackrat is 100% correct. Have seen the same thing happen myself. Good Fats are not bad and are more satisfying and stabilize blood sugar.
