Why am I not losing weight?
Losing weight is more about the diet than exercise - I wish it wasn't true as I really enjoy exercising! I would examine my diet more closely and make substitutions where needed.

Why can't I loose weight faster
Are you logging your food? Maybe you are eating more than what you think. Weight loss is more about diet than exercise. .

Stress eating
I do the same thing and probably always will. I try to use distraction - go shopping or take a walk or if I indulge do it with something that won't lead to cravings (chocolate). It's not easy but always try to think of tomorrow is a new start and one day of indulging will not undo your entire progress!

Counting Carbs or Calories? What works for you?
I count carbs and it's the only way I see results . I'm not a fanatic about it but I eat very little bread . It quite easy to substitute other things for bread- I always have bunless burgers with lots of veggies sitting on a bed of lettuce . I actually prefer it that way . A large green leaf lettuce leaf makes an excellent substitute for a tortilla! I will indulge in chips occasionally but I buy the small individual packs to limit my consumption. I like not feeling so bloated after my meals now...I have to add I don't count complex carbs at all - I eat carrots, bananas and grapes as it's the simple carbs I try to restrict or eliminate.
