Can anyone tell me how to delete the data from my phone, as it is taking up quite a lot of space now. I don't want to lose the data off the website though.

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?

Obsessed
I have managed to stop myself weighing myself everyday - it did begin to get me down. I now only weigh myself once a week when prompted by my Wii EA Active, I have managed to stick to that eventhough it is quite tempting when the scales are left out in the bathroom by my DH! Must put them away again to avoid temptation. Smile

Yay - two week holiday, eating out most nights and i haven't put any weight on! I have still been excercising though, and walking so asume that helped.
