Uh oh..I did it again. As soon as the scales are kind to me, I go and screw it up by stuffing my face. Valentines day treats turned into a long weekend of bad choices. For goodness sake, I had fish and chips....fish and chips?????
On the plus side ('cause I have to find one otherwise I'd give up AGAIN), I climbed back on the wagon yesterday and I'm doing my 1st of many workouts this morning.
