am i being to hard on myself . I am well under my calorie limit and working out for at least 45 mins a day. I am trying less carbs today. Any other suggestions? I havent lost a lb! Rolling Eyes

I think maybe your calorie intake is too low for the amount of exercising you are doing. Try to slowly increase it and see what happens.

Quitting is NOT an option!

I've got exactly the same problem. I'm keeping my calories low, working out 3-4 times a week (and my workouts contain lots of cardio, weight bearing exercises, boxing etc so they are by no means easy) and so far I've lost 2 lbs.

On a brighter note though, my clothes do fit better, I feel fitter and stronger but it would be nice to see a loss on the scales with all the hard work i'm doing.
