I can't add my results for the 1st week of this challenge and I'm so dissappointed because I stuck to it rigidly, no cakes, buns, biscuits, white bread. My husband wanted to get burgers last night (Sunday)and i said to leave me out and I couldnt believe that he decided not to have any either (food is more enjoyable when the experience is shared ). My hubby and kids enjoyed ice cream after Sunday lunch finished off a cup of tea and Cadburys chocolate covered biscuits and I couldnt believe that I sat with them at the table and WATCHED them gorge and not a crumb passed my lips Saturday night, two of my kids were sharing a bag of Haribos, rubarb and custard flavour and without thinking I'd popped two into my mouth and that was the totality of my failure at this challenge. WEEK 2 of this challenge.............Bring it on, 'cause I'm ready for it.
