Does anyone else get tired after eating breakfast?
Try some Red Panax Ginseng if your low energy. No more than once a day, and take breaks from it. In the morning try proteins only and see if it helps with the sleepiness.

too upset with my weight
Exercise more lightly and eat 1300 - 1600 cals a day. Make sure these are good foods if you can. Always eat the min of 1300

Is it possible to lose weight without physical exercise?
Absolutely. Weight loss is basically 90% diet.

Exercise helps 1. Tone, 2. Create muscle which aids in weight loss. 3. Burns Calories allowing you either extra food or further burn.

What it also does, to detriment, is often keep the scale or weight number about the same due to increased muscle even though you are losing.

It's best to try to lose weight via diet and moderate exercise (walking, etc) if you are really heavy, then once your in good shape to work out harder you can start to tone and push toward those plateau pounds.

Bar code scanner on G1
When you click Scan Barcode in the Calorie Counter app, make sure the barcode you are scanning has a lot of light, then you have to hold the camera still with the item and wait until it goes *BEEP*, and it'll start searching. If something is in the database it will give you the results, or something similar. Hope that helps!
