I am 19 years old, I'll be 20 in February though. I am a college student and the biggest threat I have is the cafeteria :)
I'm trying to lose weight because I'm a coxswain on the crew team here and my coach told me that i need to stop bringing so much dead weight into the boat. As a cox all i do is sit in the front so the rowers have to pull along my weight. So he said that if I cared about my rowers and my position as the varsity cox i had to get down to about 125. This was last spring, and i weighed about 166 then. A lot of people were like, oh he's a jerk! but i think it was just the kick in the ass i needed to do this. All my roommates (there are 6 of them) are doing WW with me, which really, for us cheapies just means keeping track of our points, but i know that watching what i'm putting in my mouth (that's what she said!) is going to be a big step in bringing me to my goals
