My name is Brenda, I'm a (poor) 21 year old college student, and I'm currently' finally, on a way to a better way of life. My biggest was 324 lbs and being out of the 300s is so relieving. I not only want to lose weight, but I want to be healthy, not only for myself but for those who care about me. A while back I was told by my doctor that I would basically have to "starve for two years" to be at my ideal weight. So I'm taking initiative. It's a struggle, especially financially, but I want to change for the better without starving in the process. I want to do this right.
