i am determined to lose at least 15 pounds by may 2012. i have lost more than 50 lbs before but unfortunately gained about 30 lbs back. i will eat healthfully, low carb and allow myself one cheat day a week. i will also work out at least twice a week (anything from yoga to climbing outdoors)
my mini goals: 144 lbs by the end of february
139 lbs by april
129 lbs by mid may
i know i can do this! i will also reward myself along the way. once i reach 145 i will get myself some jewelry :)i cannot wait!!
