Is there a target % of Protein/Fat/Carbs?
You want 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs in induction...as you add carbs as you move up the OWL rungs, that fat comes down, carbs up but protein stays around 30%...some folks get all the way down to 50% fat, but it depends on how much carb you can tolerate. Hope this helps!

You're not eating MORE protein than fat, are you? Was that a typo???
