Bars are replacing veggie carbs..not good. Calories getting high. Need to scale back again

WEigh once a week, after a rest day from exercise.
STAY on fatsecret through weekend...outta control when not
Adding yogurt today. So excited.
Almost as much veggies as I want. Will stay with extra veggies and yogurt for at least a week.
Bars ok, twice a week only
Yogurt?
I feel really good with this ....I HAVE to learn to manage weekends. Have managed eating out pretty well, indeed this week. Everything's getting better, to be sure.
EAsy day and week at work. Yeah.

No eating a lot before going out..just enough to stave off DEEP gut hunger. Can control my food in restaurant. Trick? Get there later and have LESS time sitting around waiting...can hold it together and visualize saying no..did well yesterday. Was hungry mostly and to bed, even though the higher calories.
STOPPED HORMONES TODAY FIRST DAY,,
Record mood and affects daily here and in written journal. Not enough veggie carbs yesterday..will add em back in today

Up a couple ounces, no biggie. 110's can be new high. NO 111's or higher anymore. Weighed on a day that was a "high" one..will choose a lower-feeling day and weigh again. Should be fine. Feel I'm doing well. Need to add Fage greek yogurt today or tomorrow. Veggie carbs are higher and better. "other" getting added in now. 20 net veggie carbs would be good for me...nice round number and get the vitas/nutrients. Would like those to be all organic. Try Whole foods for that and see if WAY more expensive or not. Meat ok with Costco till I can get cals and price down
