According to everyone else's posts, I think I'm the only one with negative results and thoughts about dieting. I think I'm just meant to be fat. One person tells u to watch calories, another person tells u to not eat over 45 carbs, the gym tells u to eat between 200-250 carbs a day. People tell u that 900 calories a day us not enough. But when u try to kinda put it all together, u stop losing weight and get weak with headaches, u feel like ur going through depression, even have to hold back tears for no reason. Dieting is SOOOOOO confusing. I've always been a simple kinda person

I woke up with no strength to do ANYTHING. it took me for ever just to pick up my kids playroom. And still don't have the strength to even go to the gym today. WHAT IS GOING ON. I'm never going to be able to lose weight if this is the way dieting feels. Maybe it's finally kicking my butt after the way I USED to eat
