One night of splurging and going to shoneys breakfast bar and the next day, gained 2 lbs???!!!! Guess I won't be splurging anymore!

Well, I splurged tonight. Went to the gym and worked out some (I'm still sore from thursday) then went out to shoneys and ate the BREAKFAST BAR. I'm so going to regret that in the morning.

I've been eatting 3 times a day and losing atleast 6 oz a day. Well, the guy at the gym told me to eat 5 small meals a day, so yesterday I hate my 3 meals and an apple with some peanut butter at night. Now I am 6 oz MORE then I was yesterday morning. I don't think a diet will help me lose weight at all. This sucks. I have lost 14 lbs since January 1st (which is when I started the diet), now I gained 6 oz. He also told me that women can not big big muscles unless they take testosterone. But I'm already feeling more muscles in my arms. Which is not good. Lol. My husband calls me beast as it is. I honestly think the cabbage soup diet is the ONLY way I will be a l to lose my weight by June (when I go to the beach)
