I have had 3 kids. They are close in age. I make my own cabbage soup and so far it has worked. In the first 14 days, I'm down 11 lbs.

I have the bread that says 40 calories per slice. And the powder one I got for the water says 5 calories

And now I have had a headache ALL DAY LONG. I must be doing something completely wrong. I figured I would lose weight easier then this. Considering the way I'm eating now verses the way I WAS eating. I was eating like 2 packs of Roman noodles, or 3 double cheese burgers at once, or 6 pieces of pizza at once. My body feels weaker eating the way I am now then it used to. I just don't get it

And I don't go to bed until about 2am. Since my husband works late and my 2 youngest kids like to stay awake too long. So for example, the last time I ate tonight was 11:00 pm. I ate a salad with cooked green peppers, cooked onions, cooked mushrooms, 3 tommy toad tomatoes, and ranch dressing
