Well, the dancing my butt off last night DEFINITELY didn't help

Oh my lord, I don't even sweat this much when I work out. its like pouring. I have been doing some hip hop dancing for the last 45 minutes.... cupid shuffle, cha cha slide, music from the show "Empire", nelly - grillz, walk it out.....PLUS MORE. I don't think I have ever seen myself sweat this bad, PLUS I HAVE HUGE SWEATS ON AND THE TEMP IS 72 IN THE HOUSE.... i felt just like i was a teen again dancing at those parties lol. funny thing is, my 6 year old did the cupid shuffle and the cha cha slide with me LOL. SHE BETTER NOT WANT US TO SHOW HER DADDY WHEN HE GETS HOME..... :)

Well, last night I ordered the "it works" wraps, gel, and fat fighters. I hope it works.....ive looked up videos on youtube and talked to some distributors. I guess we'll see next week.
Oh, and my husband sees a bunch of grey in my hair now....and I'm ONLY 29.... oh that's just great!. Guess it's time to start dying my hair every 3 or 4 months. Even tho I've been losing alot of hair lately.

QUESTION... i haven't been able to go to the gym this week. And I've been eating quite a bit. The scale said I've lost 1.6lbs since February 1st. My grandmother said I e eaten too much and the weight loss is muscle loss. IS THAT TRUE?
