Trying to lose my mid-section and back fat. Once I do that, I am going to try to gain lean muscle mass through lifting 3x per week.

Well, I couldn't quite sustain my cut goal, so I started to go on a bulk for a few months. I worked out ~2 times per week and ate a lot. I got up to about 167 lbs at my heaviest, some muscle, but a lot of mid-section fat. I feel strong, but not enjoying what I see in the mirror, so I am back to cutting weight now. Goal is 150 lbs, and then we'll go from there.

Addicted to Coffee with creamer every morning!

This is what I would suggest. I drink my coffee black now, after drinking it with cream and sugar for years. Just slowly ween yourself off the creamer. Sometimes terrible coffee is terrible without creamer, so either don't drink terrible coffee, or just power through it and learn to love it!

My department has free coffee in the copy room. It's not great, but it's free and does the job. Again, ween yourself off of the cream over time. Don't try to quit cold turkey.

And in the end, 50 calories for a morning cup of coffee + creamer shouldn't kill your macros.
