I'm looking to get back to how I used to be! :) And I thought my fat secret

What's your workout?
Oh! and I basically do this on a rotating basis;
Back and bi's
Chest and tris
Legs (and Bum)

With at least half an hour of cardio in there, then I have two rest days, one of which I do an hour walk and the other I have completely off! Smile I'm working with progressive overload as well with my aim being to hypertrophy (get bigger muscles) and I'm having my D-fine8 before workouts and Hydroxy Protein Shake afterwards, om nom nom Smile

Eating before a morning workout? What do you do?
Like everyone's said, just something small(like a smoothie, or banana etc) to get you going, and give it half an hour for the blood to redirect back to your muscles instead of at your tummy! Smile
