Just checking in!
I've never been one for watching my calorie intake, I always just make sure I really expend my energy, I push myself really hard when I train. But I know I should be paying much closer attention to my nutrition so there's not better time to start than today! :) I don't mind the healthy food, I just need to get into the habit of making it instead of going the easy options like subway (naughty!)
