I am a mother of two via c-section!
So I have gained a considerable amount of weight.

I am trying to get onto a routine that will help me not only lose weight, but start a healthy life style. I want to change the way I see food.

I've gone a deal of disappointments in my life, as I'm sure we all have, and I have made food my cushion for comfort. I want to see food as fuel for the activities that I do!

My friend recommended fatsecret to me...and I am so grateful for that.
I love this site
I am able to connect with all of you and exchange stories and compliments as well as encouraging words... I know that for me they have always come at the most crucial time!

i am waiting to save up enough to order it for my husband and I to work out...It has everything that we both like to do but can do it at our own pace!
