I am the mother of 2 grown children. I lost my job in January and have been sulking around feeling sorry for myself for the last 6 months. I lost all interest in working out and eat when I am bored. I found this site through my daughter's boss Rachel and so far it has given me a little incentive. I just need the encouragement to keep it up. So far, so good.
