Let's see what to say about me. My name is Rachel and I live in Florida with my 2 daughters, Sarah (8) and April (6). I work retail which is super extra helpful when it comes to eating and excercising (YEAH, RIGHT!!!). I believe I was at my ideal weight the day I was born, oh wait....I was a big baby too. So anyway...I have never been at my ideal weight, but am excited for the day that I am there. I began my journey to a healthier me in February and have lost almost 50 pounds!! WOO HOO!! But the last month was a wake up call when I hit a bump in life and the first thing I did was start eating junk food again, putting on 4.5 pounds in 3 weeks. This is a scary number, because if I stay on that path, I will be right back to where I started faster than I want to realize. So, I am determined to find a better way of life and not a diet. I am looking for my path to a healthy life and I believe this is a great place to start!
