Coffee talk
this week i have only had once cup of coffee, at work i switched to green tea, it gives me something hot to drink, and i really don't miss the coffee, it's just a habit i have had for over 30 years. one day at a time, if i think to far ahead i get discouraged

i too a need my coffee, however when i started back in april i gave up my usual sweetned coffee creamer for heavy cream, even measured it. i had one cup a day for several months, felt great and it controlled my sugar cravings, slowly i began drinking more, which meant more cream, stalled for several weeks or more, i know it was the caffine, caffine also gives you a false since of hunger for me, so again i have cut back to one/two cups in the am then switched to green tea with no added cream/sugar

i have been on atkins since april. i have lost 18 lbs so far. the last month or so i lost and gained the same 2-3 lbs. i lost 4 lbs just this week alone ...
