today is cheat day! :D
i could eat more calories than what i usually eat..of course, that doesnt mean i could go nuts on junk food or all out binge. Today is just about satisfying cravings.

My resolve in controlling my diet is getting weak. This week, I slipped twice. Last Tuesday, I had a beef burger in a bun with a tablespoon of cream cheese, Wednesday, I had a small beef and chicken shawarma and just today, i had a three tablespoons of chocolate ice cream. I cant afford cheat meals now, not when I want... need to lose a couple pounds more.
can anyone give me a few words to strengthen my resolve? :(

drinking my first protein shake. :) its Six Star's Whey Protein Plus Triple Chocolate Elite. I wanted to buy ON's Gold Standard 100% Whey but it wasnt available. I thought, as long as I get my protein, why not another brand.
Six Star's Whey Protein Plus Triple Chocolate Elite tastes great. My first drink is a mix of yogurt, water and 1 scoop and its tastes fantastic! Far from what I was expecting from a protein drink. I hope it gives the effects I am expecting from protein other than tasting great. :)

got my fitness programme all set and pegged but my nutrition regimen still leaves a lot to be desired. I can't seem to work around carbo-loading...still trying though. wish me luck.

i've been reading up on the abs diet where its main goal is my allowance of carbohydrates will eventually taper off per week but keeping protein high to avoid muscle wasting. Fat will increase over the weeks to satisfy hunger. Now what gets me is how do I achieve this kind of diet... Low-carbs in a rice-eating country? Good luck to me.
But if I want this, I'll try to make a way to increase my protein intake and slough off my carb intake.
