Proper nutrition and a good workout plan will give you the results you are after. Supplements are just there to give you an edge if you have maxed out on nutrition and training but still want to get better.
I completed a creatine monohydrate cycle and the money i am supposed to use to buy another bottle went to a very cute wire ball whisk to make my favorite meal of the day: my morning bowl of the fluffiest oatmeal ever. yes, breakfast is my favorite meal because it is the meal where protein and carbs come together to fuel me in my morning workouts.

Smoking to me is like comfort food to some people. What I mean is, I attach emotions to smoking. If i feel accomplished, i smoke. if i feel sad, i smoke. if i feel frustrated and angry, i smoke. if i'm bored, i smoke.
I have tried again and again to quit but i fail because i didnt realize that i have attached emotions to this habit...also, when i tried to quit, i filled up my urges with eating. Now to not gain weight and rescue my cardiovascular system, i need to separate my emotions from the action. If i get the urge to smoke, i need to identify if is it because of what i feel at that moment and what activity i can do instead. Maybe, i can do 10 push-ups every time the urge comes or do some breathing exercise or read a book.
The good news is, every time I tell myself to quit, I smoked less and less cigarettes. I have decreased my cigarette consumption by more than three-quarters of what i used to smoke so I know I am getting there.

I get great results from calorie zigzag approach but i still wonder are the recommended calories gross or net calories? gross calories meaning i dont consider my activity for that day just as long as i meet the target calories or net calories where i subtract the calories i burned for that day from the calories i ate to meet the target goal...
i currently just go with the gross calorie count just to be safe... :)

MEAL 4 = CHEAT MEAL
I had a super week this week. great workouts, cleaner than clean eating and virtually stress free so I rewarded myself this Sabbath day with a cheat meal composed of chocolate bread pudding and tea. Feeling so good...

Gonna buy a gallon of water later to carry around everywhere because i'm so jacked from the gym brah -- gotta stay hydrated.
~hahaha douche-y post
BUT:
1) i will buy a gallon of water. my 42oz water bottle is not enough anymore.. :(
2) it IS important to stay hydrated throughout the day.
3) workouts at the gym will significantly improve if you drink water before, during and after. :D
