My resolve in controlling my diet is getting weak. This week, I slipped twice. Last Tuesday, I had a beef burger in a bun with a tablespoon of cream cheese, Wednesday, I had a small beef and chicken shawarma and just today, i had a three tablespoons of chocolate ice cream. I cant afford cheat meals now, not when I want... need to lose a couple pounds more.
can anyone give me a few words to strengthen my resolve? :(
