Too much or just right?
Sorry I took so long to reply to these but lifes been hectic lately. I see one mistake I was making. I saw where it said 3500 cals and thought it meant I need to eat that much and that seemed impossible. When counting calories I was barely getting past 1200-1500 before I felt like I cant eat no more. Now I know and can adjust accordingly. Thanks for the info/help/advice.

Too much or just right?
When I decided to diet I weighed in at 230 lbs and 6ft tall.
I decided maybe a realistic goal would be to lose 30 lbs by the end of April then maybe work further from there.
( My ultimate goal is 180 )
After the first few days I weighed and checked in and it said I am losing an average of 2.5 lbs per day. Is that considered a lot or okay? Also do you think 30 lbs in about a month is reasonable or should I set lower?
