Finding that I'm doing great with food and exercise but . . . . . .
my #'s on the scale seem to go up. Simply enough for me - water retention, and the need for new batteries in my scale. I think my home scale was nearly 5 #'s lower than my home scale which by the way, would error or sometimes just not read, probably a good indicator, right? We'll see tomorrow, gonna weigh in again before I head out to a dietician appointment, then weigh myself at the appointment and come home to compare, should be interesting.
I've also found that I can't really rely on the #'s because for me, it's more about how my body is feeling. With my first 6#'s off towards my goal of 100, I can already notice a little bit of the belly-bloating is going down and when lying in bed, I can touch the top of my ribcage and not just put my hand on my rounded belly. Biggest Loser Yoga for Weight Loss with Trainer Bob
Excellent Workouts ~ started over the weekend with the Beginners workout and it was just enough to make me wonder if Bob really means 3 more reps when he says 3 or does he mean 6 or 7 more reps, actually quite comical. It also reminded me muscles I forgot I had, and reminded me just how much of a shallow breather I currently am. Too much desk work and seat time really slowed me down, time to reconnect and be healthy again. On my way to do today's workout - go me - woohoo!
