Hello! I am 34 years old, married and the mother of 2 wonderful daughters, ages 5 and 8. I am a former chef but recently changed careers. I have been on The South Beach Diet since March 2008 and have lost over 50 pounds. I still have 20 more to go to reach my goal but life is a little crazy right now, with my husband going back to college, so I am having trouble staying motivated. Looking for any new suggestions as I am getting stuck in a rut of eating the same foods out of lack of time to look for new recipes and amking anything time consuming.
