Hello! I am 34 years old, married and the mother of 2 wonderful daughters, ages 5 and 8. I am a former chef but recently changed careers. I have been on The South Beach Diet since March 2008 and have lost over 50 pounds. I still have 20 more to go to reach my goal but life is a little crazy right now, with my husband going back to college, so I am having trouble staying motivated. Looking for any new suggestions as I am getting stuck in a rut of eating the same foods out of lack of time to look for new recipes and amking anything time consuming. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Good luck to all!!! Happy dieting!
