I'm 22 years old, 5'7", and I'm studying zoology at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
When I was 18, I went on a 3-month diet that took my weight from 160 lbs down to 125 lbs. I felt great. My weight since has slowly been going back up and I'm trying to get it back to 125, where I felt most comfortable.
Since I first joined fatsecret over a year ago I've actually gotten further away from my weight goal and I would like to reverse this! When I stop recording my food intake daily, I gain weight. So I have to keep this up!
As far as my diet goes, I have one severe issue in that I DON'T LIKE VEGGIES. I pretty much enjoy all the common ethnic food types, I just ask for no veggies when I order. I know it's bad. I take vitamins and still try to include all the vitamins that I would normally get from veggies in my food.
